What is everyones favourite song / album to listen to in the sunshine?

Song would be 'Boys of Summer' by Don Henley,

Album that reminds me of the sunshine however the weather is would be 'So Much for the City' by The Thrills, in the middle of Winter I can put it on, close my eyes and its warm and sunny.

Then theres the Beach Boys...

Birthday Weekend

What a weekend - been VIP of the 'day' since Friday, when is it getting updated?

I now have a higher popularity level than a fair number of the DJs!

Friday night went out with my uni friends in Sheffield, great night, got very drunk, made a secret relationship slightly less secret by kissing the lass infront of everyone. Walked her back to hers and I got back at 4.30am, woke up at 9.30am to get a train home to Grimsby (sounds fun right!), spent the rest of Saturday watching 'The Pursuit of Happyness' and listening to Damien Rice and Ray LaMontagne, then went out in Cleethorpes - spent 2 times as much as Friday and was no way near as drunk.

Not a bad weekend really, still, back to uni on Monday, one more week til Easter break.

Five for Fighting

Why is there nothing on here to do with 5 for fighting? John Ondrasik is a brilliant singer, his albums are all great, a shame the only one ever played here is 'Superman'.

If you have not heard much of his music try his www.myspace.com/fiveforfighting, or just download, my faves are '100 Years', 'Two Lights' and 'The Riddle', but all his songs are great.

Its My Birthday!

Today is my birthday, but I still need to go to uni. I should be on the way down now, but I love 80s music, despite only being born in 88. After my one hour of uni, my weekend will start. To anyone sat at a PC working hard, I apologize, because while you are working hard I will be drinking a bar dry! On the plus side, you will be able to afford it, without using overdraft (just reached it this week, after being fine the rest of the year!), so it will feel like you have earnt it.

Thursdays Nights

Thursday nights are strange, you know you're likely to get drunk the next day, but with nothing on TV there is no reason to stay in.

I have found a great pub with music quizzes every thursday nights, finally a good thing to do on thursday. Now Five decide to bring back House, one of the best shows on TV, I don't know whether to go to the pub, or stay in.

Such a hard life!

Virgin Radio is Evil

Before you see it as hatred against the radio station it is infact the total opposite. I was late to uni for the third time in a week because they say the next songs they r playin, meanin i stay to hear the song. Today was We Don't like Mondays, on Friday i need to be in at 10, the 80s jukebox always stops me gettin in on time. Still, wen i dont need to be at uni, it keeps me sane!
