brit award 2009 outstanding contribution to music goes to ?

will this great band ever get a Brit award for outstanding contribution to music.Not many bands could annouce a world tour prior to an album or a single being released and still sell out.True pioneers of electro pop and a major influence on many of todays act,stadium tours of America in the late 80s and early 90s on a par with U2,million selling albums ,outsold Prince and madonna in the USA with the song Personal Jesus.

maybe im alone in this view ? anyway roll on may 30th
