hello all.

i've been awol for quite a while. so i thought i'd just pop on and say hello to my fav friends on here...

the reason i'm on here is that i'm watching queen live at wembley in 1986 on TMF SKY 358...it was the first concert my hubby and i went to,it was zort of are first date...and things are still going strong i'm pleased to say..

hello to all my friends..

it's been quite a few days since i've been on...

as many of you may know on sunday i should have been doing the great north run which is a half marathon (13.1 miles). well on saturday i broke my wrist doinga leap frog over a bollard and fell. sadly could not do the run for health and safety reason which i was reallt naffed off about. not because i couldn't run but for the charity i was running for..BREAST CANCER.

also having my photo taken in my pink tutu...lol...my boss is very kindly still going to cough up and so are most of the other people...which is fab news.i raised just over £10,000.

thank you to all the people who send me voice mails for me to put on my ipod..some are very very funny and one chap even sang..."KEEP ON RUNNING" to me..i'll not say who it was.....lmao

last but not least.thank you to all of you who have sent me lovely comments and wishing me a speedy recovery..

oh yer and one very last thing i promise,this is the most important...A HUGE THANK YOU AND MEGA TICKLES TO DEREK FOR HIS BLOGS ABOUT MY INJURY...MWAH,MWAH ,MWAH

i'm off to newcastle 2moz..getting ready for the great north run on sunday.if i do it in 2 hours ish i will be one happy squishy...lol.

i'll be wearing a bright pink tutu,pink bra over my breast cancer running top and a pink head scarf...i may even have some oink bunny ears,look out for me if you watch it...

hello again all,

my goodness two blogs off me in one day...lmao

right.....

next sunday is the great north run...the half marathon of the north.

i have run this several times and after the year i have had i truely thought i would never run another....anyway i'm doing it next sunday...i tried to keep up running whilst having my treatment but it was to hard...so i started running again just a few months ago.if i finished it in under 2 hours i will be a happy lady.

i'm running for no other than BREAST CANCER..it seemed a good a cause as any....lol

i'm not after money but if you wish to give please go direct to the breast cancer site....

what i really really want is happy,funny,encouraging message which i want to put on my ipod, as i always run with one..it is going to be a tough run...so inbetween the music i'd like to hear people talking to me....

how do you do this...well......if you are defo going to do this then leave me a blog comment and i'll PM you my mobile number....which i will then record onto my ipod.

one very very happy mummy/manager/coach...here this afternoon. my darling under 13's won yet again and my super striker ( my son ) scored all 4 goals...and who says ladies can't run a football club.....

not been on much this week been playing nurse at home to my 3 boys who all have a chest infection...argghhhh....a pharmacist i may be but i ain't no nurse....lol

on to a more serious note....

i run a chemist and for many many years we have played virgin on a small radio then a new dab radio which we won off virgin. it is placed in the back of our shop played quietly and no customers can hear it. recently i had an inspector come in and tell me unless i have a broadcasting licence i am unable to use the radio.if i don't get one and still play the radio i could be fined up to £2,000. this came as shock to say the least..i thought you only needed one if it was played over speakers for all to hear....i've not fully looked into this matter as yet....has anybody any idea regards this matter.....virgin have never mentioned this on their radio station and are always mentioning work places etc..please please help....work isn't the same without virgin radio playing...

one very happy and smiling squish here today!!!

has anybody any idea how i can apply to be the england manager or get players on the england team???? as some of you will know i coach and manage and under 13's lads footy team...today they played as if theirs lives depended on it.....they were fantastic.we won 4-0. i've done this job for 2 years and finally after todays match many of the dads have finally said i'm doing a good job.shocked is not the word as many moved their sons to another team as they thought it was not a ladies job....well up yours...i bet they wished they'd stayed with me now....lol.

well hello all,

it's been a while since i've been on.i'm just so busy this last few weeks.i am missing you all and will do my best to spend more time with my very special friends.

had a shock this moring i see we have a wedding...i do hope i can be a bridesmaid...as i have a new jazzy wig and do look rather good in it....

had a fab night out last night with my hubby and have rather a lovely head today.....

i know this is a music channel etc but we all do play the footy thing on here...anyway most footy games are now on sky sports or setana which i know most people can't afford or don't want to pay for anyway..i will get to the point i promise....whilst looking roud the net the other day my hubby game a cross a web site where u can watch all live footy matches for free which are on sky sports or setana.....justin.tv the picture is quite good well what do u wnat for nothing..lol word of warning though there are blog commnets on this which some people may not like,so just ignor and go on to full screen.....enjoy. if you have any problems with this site leave me a comment and i'll see what i can do for ya....
