Well hi all,what can i say the past seven months have been a nightmare for me split up with the missis,got robbed on holiday and havn't been able to go on line,but i've just bought myself a great laptop and i'm back.Who went to v this year what a blinder of fest.looked for u claire but coudn find u did u have a good one?.anyway people i'm off for now gonna dowload some music,oh back on the fags....................x

Yo u mad lot how have we all been i've been working away and am back this weekend also i'm still not smokin must be a month now do miss it but u have to be strong,its harder when u drink just have to chew on a gum well anyway hope to hear lots from u all hi elle oh and before i go anyone goin to v and is camping leave a shout

Well its day seven since i've gave up the dreaded devil sticks,umm copin ok i guess on about 2 to 3 bits of gum a day was on 6 at first but they do give u a sore throat so had to cut them down but in a nut shell so far so goodx.
