hi everyone

it has been to long since my last blog, but like i say "life is short". I have been having a rest for about 6 wks after an operation, but am now getting back to fitness, with still a little pain now and then, but hay life goes on and so do i.

Went to good old LONDON this weekend for a bit of site seeing, with my son & my partner and her son, weather was tipical british, although not as bad as the weatherman had said, more mist than rain.

Well VIP's, i shall not leave it so long next time to chat to some of you and keep it ABSOLUTE.

well it is that time year again, where we go and see people who we have not seen since last xmas and make out a visit was on the list of things to do, but just was to busy. I say, try as part of your new years reso, to make an effert and visit, we only have one life and it can be short or long, so don't lose your family or freiends and keep in touch a bit more.

MERRY XMAS to you all and a fun and loving NEW YEAR.

hi everybody

i just want to thank you for the shout outs for me been VIP of the day, it was so nice as i have only signed up for a short time. I will get around to giving you all a shout on your pages, but foregive me for now as my kids homework comes 1st and the net is a good thing for that.

Also i will add you as friends, once i work out how to do it, still not up to full knowledge of these things yet ha ha.

i would like to say thanks to the people who have got in touch and i hope that all thier dreams and life long goals come true. It is nice to know there are still nice people out there and that all can get on. Like i say LIFE IS TO SHORT but no drugs.
