I'm not the type of person to get on a soap box and spread glum, but just saw news and I had the Home Secretary. Jacqui Smith saying " she was extremely pleased with the overall reduction in crime " if she's so easly pleased we are in big brown sticky stuff. Please tell me and the rest of the sane World, Do you think crime has gone down, or is it just more spin by this failing Goverment trying to cover up their cock up's.
