2 years of great music

Remeber we were discussing the subject of brit music culture and its possibility in RU/CIS?

So, after 2 years we can hightlight the fact - that brit pop radio station is still alive and growing!

We are happy to notice a nice taste for music is leaving in Russia and russian-speaking Internet more and more.

Isn't a result of democracity? :-)

PS. well, I cannot say RU is a democracity, but, they have some results, music, for example ;-) Well, a love for brit music, I don't mean they have more own quality music :-)

Do u believe Absolute will remain the one we all love?

Dear all,

in spite everybody saying ex-Virgin UK will remain the same, we already can see the influence of lots of pop music in the playlist, last few months, especially last 2 weeks since VR became Absolute.

Do you really believe it will remain our favourite one? I want that a lot. U? Let's discuss. Maybe, the marketing guys will read this as well and see what people expecting from ex-VR.

It was a perfect show in Moscow last 2 days. Amazing show I was always dream about all my life.

Also I've seen a lots of funs from UK!

Do you think "brit pop rock" culture is possible in RU?

Dear reader,

I would like to check with your opinion is that possible to cultivate the "britpop rock" culture in Russia?

Why I asking... Well, there are million of people loves Queen, Oasis, Kinks, Orson, Cure, Verve, such kind of stuff, but there are still no a big broadcaster (except www.nu-clear.ru internet radio) which are playing these magic music.

Do you think it is related to culture, have no commercial sense or something else? Or somebody just need to make a start doing that?
