<description>&lt;p&gt;I went to the concert on sunday (got a free ticket as i work for the nhs) and i want to have a go at the people who have been slagging him off for not having &amp;#39;special guests&amp;#39; on stage.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;We, as the crowd, were his special guests imo.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I thank George for giving loads of tickets to nhs staff including nurses after nurses looked after his mother.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
