I work for a fishing lodge so it really applies...

Four mates were out fishing and discussing the lengths they had to go to pacify their wives so they could get there.

The first bloke says, "I had to tell my wife that I would paint every room in our house so I could come out."

Second bloke says, "I had to promise my wife that I would build a deck for her."

Third bloke says, "That's nothing. I had to promise that I would remodel our entire kitchen."

They notice that the fourth bloke doesn't seem to have anything to say, so they ask what he had to tell his wife.

The fourth bloke says, "I set my alarm for four-thirty, rolled over, nudged my wife and said, 'Fishing or sex?' and she said, 'Don't forget to pack a lunch.'"

Having gotten roughly one hour of sleep last night finishing an essay due this morning at 8:30, I am now free to sleep for the next three days. More than likely however, I will just spend them drinking.
