Well I´ve just bought the album. Didn´t want to check the songs either on youtube or either on the radio (but I must confess I listened "The shock of lightening" here on absolute), because I wanted to buy the album and listen to it alone at home to analyse it and it´s so so so great, awesome! I didn´t like the previous one so I was really looking forward to this one and I really liked...I can´t even say which one is my favourite coz everytime I listen to it I have a new one, lol.

Today my favourite is 'I´m outta time', such a great tune.

Anyway, these words are only a fan´s one...I like them since I was 12 years old and it´s impossible to talk about them without this passion

Why do we insist on a situation even when we know that thing wont end up well? Why sometimes we follow our heart ( or should i say, our impulsiveness?) instead of think a little bit more??? Sometimes I keep asking myself that kind of things...of course I´m not a perfect human being and bad things happen anyway...when it´s done, it´s done.

"bad nights lead to better days, it never happens but i think about it anyway!" - ryan adams, so perfect these lines!

Anyway, talking about him, his new album with the Cardinals was released last week and I´m so anxious to have mine at home ( I bought it but it´ll take ages to arrive once I live here, in the forest, lol)

Hello VIPs!!!How are you? Hope u´re all fine as I am.

Let me tell you smth: 2 years ago a very close friend of mine died and I was terribly sorry for that, he was really important to me...sometimes I dream about him but it´s always so sad but this time it was so nice coz it´s been a while since I dont think about him anymore, specially these days I didnt even mentioned his name and surprisingly I dreamed about him and it was so nice! He was so happy telling me he was happy and wanted me to be happy too...I had a great time in my dream!

Anyway, I woke up smiling and it´s so nice to remember of it...friendships, and why not say love, is forever,

don´t you think?

Just dropped by to say that I love all of you here!

Sunday sunny and rainy and sunny again Sunday, Lol

Hello people, how are you? Today we had elections here, to choose our mayor... Here we´re obliged to vote and if we don´t we can´t get a job or a visa, passport i.e. we can´t do anything . So even though we don´t have very good options, we went there to vote.

Here in North of Brazil (where I live) is summer but today was tipically the definition of "tropical weather": the whole afternoon was a mix of sun and rain every 30 min...i can imagine the ones who decided to vote during this period!

I´m pretty well these days, a bit anxious about my post graduation classes that start tomorrow, it´s been a year since I majored in Business Administration and I kinda miss to study (I´m nerd, I love to study) once I´ve been teaching, I miss being a student,haha.

Things seem to be nice now but I don´t really want to think about that and try to be less worried about things/people and live. Maybe it´s the right choice.

Speaking about Absolute Radio I really liked the variety of songs and also the site...I´ve already said here I love purple!

My best wishes to Elaine, I´m praying for ur recovery; and kisses and hugs to all my friends here, I hope u have an excellent weekend

last friday was holiday here and i had one day off, on saturday...travelled to a small town near here, about 3h driving...wow words can not explain the beauty i saw...Amazonas River, so huge, so cold (is amazing swimming in cold water)...the forest, the dolphins, the sun...3 days there and i´m totally relaxed and ready to more 3 months of work...

Sunday, sunny/rainy Sunday

Ah this crazy weather...

so we´re in summer(at least in the north, where I live - Amazonas) and I went to the countryside coz my old friends from high school(we always have a get together evry 2 months) and I decided to enjoy some peace, no internet, no tv...just the river (coooold water - so nice), the forest and us. It was so hot, but so hot that we spent the day in the river...when we decided to come back it started to rain like it was winter!And it´s raining since then!

It´s funny coz this crazy weather here confuses a lot..in 5 minutes we went from the 38°C to 23°/22° !

I´ve been feeling so happy lately...this weekend was the best ever for me...things seem to be in the right path...finally!

The Olympics, again

We had our first golden medal with Cesar Cielo (swimming - 50m) and Brasil cried with him, it was so touching from the moment he won to the moment where we saw our flag going up and our national hymn in the background...we´re really proud of Cielo coz u can never imagine how difficult it is to be an athlete here where u dont have any sponsorship, not even the government cares about sports, ppl have to sell their belongings to make the dreams come true. Cielo family sold a car to keep his son in the US in order to practise with a much better structure.

We´re really proud of him coz we brazilian know what it is like, to fight for ur purposes without any support and to move ahead and smile when we don´t get it.

Proud of Cielo and all the other brazilian athletes that are all winners just for the opportunity of being there.
