How clever am I....Can't and Never will forget ! Does add to the gifts ! But , that's just fine... Being married on Valentines day has given me quite an houner ! After 17 years of marrage... People know this and , I have to say ...."Flock" to me to see what they should do...!

Depending on the person...It all comes from the heart ! .... But you have to plan ahead.... So If you are thinking of something and want to share... Would love to help ! I do have so much fun this time of year !

The one time of year I give out my Yahoo.... But you have to ask... and give me some sort of plan.!

I want a Scotch and soda.... And now there is a little - tiny -- pickle at the bottom of my glass.... Why... Who started this thing.... I mean... I can deal with the ocasoinal green olive... But the pickle...???? and so tiny....????? Not from My Irish bachground... So what is it....

It must be a "08" thing....

If you know .....Please tell me....! I don't know if I should tip for it or not.....?

This is how You start a New Year ! Quit the old job... not have a new job yet ! But have a great severence,to start the year ! For those of you that know... It has been a rough year ! BACON-WRAPPED CAJUN JALAPENOS

PREP TIME 20 MIN BAKE 25 MIN

1 PACKAGE (3 DUNCES) CREAM CHEESE, SOFTENED

1/2 CUP FINELY SHREDDED CHEESE 1 TEASPOON CAJON SEASONING ( "OLD BAY")

SEAMS TO WORK) 8 THICK-SLICED PEPPERED BACON STRIPS

( REGULAR ONES ARE FINE)

MY FAVORITE SNACKS

CUT JALAPENOS IN HALF LENGTHWISE; REMOVE SEEDS AND CENTER MEMBRANE

"WORKS BEST UNDER WATER" IN A SMALL MIXING BOWL, COMBINE

THE CREAM CHEESE, CHEDDAR-CHEDDER CHEESE AND CAJON SEASONING.

STUFF ABOUT 1-1/2 TEASPOONS FULL INTO EACH PEPPER HALF.

CUT BACON STRIPS IN HALF WIDTHWISE. IN A LARGE SKILLET COOK BACON

UNTIL PARTIALLY COOKED (OR MICROWAVE THEM). WRAP A BACON

PIECE AROUND EACH PEPPER: SECURE WITH A TOOTHPICK.

PLACE ON A WIRE RACK IN A SHALLOW BAKE PAN. BAKE, UNCOVERED,

AT 350 DEGREES FOR 25-30 MINUTES OR UNTIL BACON IS CRISP. DISCARD

TOOTHPICKS, OR NOT. SERVE WHILE HOT.

YIELDS: ABOUT 16 APPETIZERS. A FAMILY OF 4 WILL SAY MORE, MORE, MORE.

NOTE: WHEN CUTTING OR SEEDING HOT PEPPERS, USE RUBBER OR PLASTIC

GLOVES TO PROTECT YOUR HANDS. AVOID TOUCHING YOU FACE OR EYES

DO ALL THIS IN THE SINK UNDER WATER, TO SAVE BURNING EYES AND HANDS

IF BURNING STARTS, THEY QUIT HURTING IN A FEW MINUTES, ITS NOT BAD AT ALL
