Well...I've stepped out on a limb. I'm jumping without a net. I've finally given my notice at work. After 9 years of working my a** off I've decided I'd rather be happy at my job than spin my wheels trying to work my way up the ladder in the "good ole' boys" network.

I don't have a job to go to, but I know that it's going to be better for my sanity. (I do have a couple of things in the works, but nothing solid.) And really...isn't that what matters in the end. I've always said "work to live, don't live to work." I guess I'm finally taking my own advice.

Here's to taking leaps!

At the doctors office...

A gorgeous young redhead goes into the doctor's office and said that her body hurt wherever she touched it.

"Impossible!" says the doctor. "Show me."

The redhead took her finger, pushed on her left shoulder and screamed, then she pushed her elbow and screamed even more. She pushed her knee and screamed; likewise she pushed her ankle and screamed. Everywhere she touched made her scream.

The doctor said, "You're not really a redhead, are you?

"Well, no" she said, "I'm actually a blonde."

"I thought so," the doctor said. "Your finger is broken."

Ok...I can get away with this only because I'm a blonde posing as a redhead. LOL!

a. Will Truman (anal retentive to a new level)

b. David Brent (completely self-obsessed and ignorant)

c. Gordon Ramsey (pitches screaming fits in a concerted effort to make you cry/quit.)

d. None of the above...he/she isn't that bad actually.
