I get exactly the same, afraid to love anything now, spend ages getting back on, xx

I can't get in to my Lounge at all today. And now it seems I can't leave shouts. I am really getting sick of VR's technical problems - for Heaven's sake, Taz has blogged about this umpteen times and sent our suggestions to VR. Why do they not respond????

I can't seem to leave a shout and had major difficulties getting in to my lounge

Had an email from VR telling me I've got a PM and new friend in the last hour, but as I can't get in to My Lounge, have no way of finding out what they are....this is really hopeless. VR just doesn't seem to care .... such a shame, this site has so much potential, but they are just letting it collapse. Any suggestions as to how we can get them to do something??? I don't mean a short-term fix, I

mean getting VR to get this site to work properly in a long-term sense, and to respond reasonably promptly to the many constructive suggestions that VIPs have been making about how things could be improved here. Surely that's not asking too much?

I left a shout on the VIP otd's profile and it's appeared 4 times??

I got onto my pms then and I had the same message 3 times. I agree with James above too.

took me 20mins to log-in hun (good morning,:) btw) see last blogs of angelofnorth or nufc, all legitimate complaints, nothing gets done, seeya XXXX

I also can't get into my lounge.It's taken me ages to get on site,it's grinding down to a halt.

If does not work sending a message to Virgin,I have got the address of Virgin.I am going to write them a letter to explain all our problems,including the VIP I had hassle from and understand now a few of you as had problems with him too. will be addressed to the station manager.We will see if anythig happens then.
