I did make brunch for her and did alot of gardening for her as well.... But, I forgotten my mother doesn't really like sweets.....errrrrr! But, they turned out very good and I just had to share the recipe.. I hope someone can assist you with figuring out the measurements or maybe Quaker Oats has a UK website with recipe?? I just want to add a few pointers, I baked the cookies for 13 minutes and made golfball sized amounts to place on the baking pan.. After you take them out of the oven they may not looked like they are cooked all the way but, they are still baking after you take them out...they stop cooking when, you place them on a cookie rack or on a plate then place them in the fridge to cool off and place them in a plastic container...

I also added about 1 cup of walnuts... you also want to make sure you don't over mix all the ingredents.... I also used Crisco Butter, instead of real butter..this really made the recipe... becuz out of all the other times I baked this recipe, this is the first time they turned out very well..Good Luck and let me know if you baked this recipe! I would like to hear how they turned out.. (Tks) :)
