Hi there everyone!!! Back home after a VERY busy afternoon at work - work which I have to say may not be there forever - & contrary to past blogs, where I've threatened to quit, it doesn't look like it's just me getting the heave - the bosses are very upset that customers don't want to stay on the phone all Sunday afternoon - or ANY day - "talking shop" - & have decided to get tough & threaten us with the sack - 3 weeks is what we've got to turn it around - or we're out - all or most of us who are seen to under-achieve. Hey-ho - it was good while it lasted - 12-13 July could be the end of the job. Watch this space.
