Have just PM'd John - another techie here at VR - as I have heard nothing yet from Ant.
This is my PM to John:-
After posting a number of blogs highlighting the problems we experience here at VR:-

I appear to have become spokesperson on behalf of the VIP's who are experiencing problems navigating around the site, accessing their Lounge, editing shouts, etc.
I have also sent these blogs to Ant & also the Contact Us team, & received THIS reply - set out in the blog below:-

Some VIP's, including myself, are unhappy with this response, as we have been waiting a long time for any action to be taken, & I haven't had a reply yet from Ant, a PM which I sent him a week ago, & have yet to receive a reply to. We all feel that the site was easier to operate a year ago, when most of us joined, & aside from the bullying that went on earlier this year, these problems were also a reason for them going.
We all look forward to hearing a reply from you soon... either in a PM I can share with everyone, or in Announcements. A number of VIP's feel that, as I have taken this campaign to heart, i should be the one to continue it, so this is why i have written to you now. I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you for listening.

Surely they want VR to work as well as possible, too? We've all come up with some constructive suggestions, and it would be good if they could engage with us about these ....
