wow... its nice here on Absolute, not been on since it change from the word we can no longer say!!

How are you all? I really do need to give up work as it gets in the way of all my surfing and chating on here.. no fun!

Well i have a week of nights ahead of me (oh the fun), so breakfast will be teatime and vice versa

Curry Update

Afternoon VIPS... hope you all enjoyed your curries!!

My mixed tikka biriani with chick pea curry was very nice... along with the onion rings, naan beads... think i was hungry!!! Oh and dont worry it was all washed down with copious amounts of Cobra lager!

Hhhhmmm could do with another one tonight

A man went to the doctor's office to ask for a double dose of Viagra. The doctor told him that he couldn't allow him a double dose.

"Why not?" asked the man.

"Because it's not safe," replied the doctor.

"But I need it really bad," said the man.

"Well, why do you need it so badly?" asked the doctor.

The man said, "My girlfriend is coming into town on Friday; my ex-wife will be here on Saturday; and my wife is coming home on Sunday. Can't you see? I must have a double dose."

The doctor finally relented saying, "Okay, I'll give it to you, but you have to come in on Monday morning so that I can check you to see if there are any side effects."

On Monday, the man dragged himself in, his right arm a sling.

The doctor asked, "What happened to you?"

The man said, "No one showed up".

Hey hope all you mums had a good day!! Not that im a mum but been working; should have finished at 4pm but didnt get home till just before 8pm!

Spent most of shift up hospital having to tell a mum and grandmum (plus other family members) that her 19 yr old son died of coccaine overdose!!! Not good at all - so not in best of moods.

Just needed to get it off my chest - catch u all soon. Just remember, close ones arent there for ever - no matter their age

Morning, how all you great peeps??

Thanks you for the posts and replies yesterday re my domestic capabilities and also "advice" with DIY. I can proudly report back and say that the freezer is fully defrosted, cleaned, food put back in, switched on and working even better!!

The decorating of the room... hhhmmm, well, I went to start to sand and fill the cracks and holes on the walls, and realised my filler (was old) was solid, so I had to go to B&Q to get some new stuff... while I was there I HAD to get a brand new filler tool, oh & they had these great Mitre Chop Saws (dunno why id need one - but they were heavily discounted), so with the money I saved on them (not that I wanted one) I bought a new sander!!!! To cut a long story short after Id finished cutting up and sanding random bits of wood I found.. it was getting late (cold and dark) so I went down the pub!! Needless to say the room is still exactly how it was, well there is always today - still bit cold rignt now tho hehe
