I've just tried to look for my favourite dark caberet artists to add to my lists and couldn't find one.

Absolute should expand their horizons and play some of this incredible music!!!

To clog or not to clog that is the question? Have been listening to the new New Model Army stuff and am liking what I've heard. Now even thinking about going to see them at the end of the year but there is that old dilemma. Do I be tacky and get out the clogs? Ahh the fashion problems of a rock fan!

Well I haven't yet exploded in anticipation of Mr. Cornell and am still here alive and kicking!

I've been doing a music quiz at my local on a thursday. First time we won, second time we came third and last night forth. Is it possible my music knowledge is just falling out of my head. I must be getting old or something. Or maybe it has something to do with the beer??????

Been listening to the new best of Garbage album, I have always liked their music but had forgotten how great some of their stuff actually was.

Also feel as though I have lived my life through Shirley and the gang. I am a 'Stupid Girl' who is 'Only happy when it rains'. With recent events I definitely think 'I'm Paranoid' but its 'All over but the crying' now! Hopefully 'When I grow up' I may turn out to be 'Special' or maybe just a little 'Queer'.

The Recovery

Went to see a local band last night called the Recovery. They were rocking as usual and the lead singer is possibly the nicest guy in Nottingham. Their sound is a bit Placebo/Muse ish. They are excellent and I can see a couple of their songs really rocking a big stadium. They do a quirky version of Kylie's Confide In Me which I love.

Helped me to recover a bit of myself as well. Last time I was on I was a bit peeved but I think I've got over it now!
