hey mid night bats, how are all doing today? you realize how long its been since ilast posted on of these :P.

anyway, i am still in china waiting for the competition for STA 2 and EF2 from Star trek. china is very exciting for a communist state still.

i look forward to the return home to the uk soon, to my wife and to long time friend Ron. i also look forward to reconnecting back up here. and already i got a negative response from someone, and i wasnt expecting that sort of response for a few months off yet.

i already made a request on VR from Tim about the last paragraph.

looks like ive got problems with this bloody radio player again.

for some reason it says i dont have a live feed to the station when i clearly do. and there is nothing in the faqs to make any sense of the recorded message of where to go because i have no live feed (the FAQ is useless).

any help, or same problem?

ive been to the usa the other month with my wife. and thanks to some people we met, ive become quite vocal of recent.

i finally found some time to get on the net and get back in touch with everyone here. it seems nothing has changed, and ignorant radio station boss is still ignorant is ever. i was just wondering if this boss listened to us, what songs would you want played about now?

i wouldn't mind hearing 'Young at heart', its been a very long time since i heard that. surprisingly though, i didn't hear it in the USA what so ever on country folk radio stations in the 3 weeks i was there.

Vr internet radio

ok heres the deal. ive log onto the virginnradio internet player and for what ever reason i get passed the adverts and then it loads up. right after the the thing just goes into buffer and does not move from there, i have never encountered this problem before and its been doing this the whole day. what the hell is going on with the vr internet player!?.

btw i tried the other vr internet stations and they all work fine...

I have been on the star trek tornement, so far i have passed the top 600 players into the qualifiers.

my feelings of this site are really becoming negative, it's even worse that BBC radio 1 website, at least your post was shouted out. more then i can say for the Draconian way this place is turned out to be.

i cannot seem to shake the feeling of ignorance and total disregard of this site by it's techies, admins and moderators. 

and the best bit, the complete and utter repeats of the same songs. someone posts or phones in to 'play a song of a certain band' unlike 'could you play this song by this band', and it's never been aired before  it's a consistant pattern and only confirms my feelings as definite suspicions. Bye everyone.

This time i am gone for good.

i as just finished my time today, i  ran into a celebrity, the name of this celebrity was Jeffrey Combs!, why he is in Nigeria is a puzzle to me, i had a few minutes to talk with him. i said everything unrelated to star trek, but only to find out that he is in Nigeria to play in a youth baseball squad friendly and oddly enough he asked me and a few others to play his side. i am very surprised he even asked me, or even a few other volunteers. i am very excited to play on the the same side with a star trek legend. after the match, he will be heading back to the USA after giving aid to the area.
