If you haven't heard yet there is a "new release", scheduled for the Christmas season, of Elvis recordings combined with "today's artists". Nothing against "today's artists" but Elvis NEVER did "duets" (excluding the song with Ann Margaret in Viva Las Vegas) during his (over) 30 year career. No disrespect to "today's artists" but COME ON! First they "trick" viewers, on American Idol, to think that Elvis is singing beside Celene and then Lisa Marie does "Don't Cry Daddy". I happen to like Lisa Marie, as a person and an artist, but that "duet" did not "do it" for me (however it was touching). In my opinion those in power need to STOP messing with Elvis' music and focus on enhancing the "fan base" and improving the products. Quality my friends NOT quantity. NUFF SAID.
