i have come back fromjapan, tokyo near shinagawa. what a spectacular country!, my homies would be spinning in their grave to see no crime of any kind out in japan, let alone loitering. i have only 2 pictures from my time in japan, i am gonna try get these pictures up when i can. in the mean time, i missed you guys and girls!!.

Government UK, ban on downloading

Leading on from this news;

the UK Government are now going to curtail the main internet populace from that country to make sure people now do not download illegal tv shows, and music. the legistlation could be in law by next week, and anyone starting a download from any file sharing site will be:

1. Warned by Email to stop.

2. Temporary connection ban.

3. Complete connection ban for not stopping.

This also leads on from freedom, as your freedom is not free, the police are watching the entire internet, the same with the isp's (internet service providers).

People have replied in both, good and bad.

some say that this is just another ruse by the government to get more money from the VAT and Revenues.

others say it should be completely cut.

with many others saying, they can not afford to keep their life by buying stuff like music or tv series from the shops and have to revert to piracy in order to have a little more happiness in their lives.

The tv Series Lost, a massive hit in the USA is coming back to life, now the writers strike is up (dont count on it for long!) these people can create the series, but because of how long striking many people forgot where they were, one such man told one of my homies while on holiday, "I simple can not remember what i was doing a while back, ive been striking for more money for along time and many small tricks i lost" my homie asked for more info and this writer continued, "well.. such as being unable to add the unpredictable element in a tv show any longer!". Its no surprise tv shows will be going down hill on a shopping kart very quickly then!, atleast if the writers can not find where they were! and so that that inevitably means, Lost is indeed lost!(usually unpredictable).

what you all been upto today?

You all know the news of the hollywood writers strike, and its death! finally!!!, ive finally gotten contact with my mothers friend, he is a techie for the hollywood times and he says that "this won't last, and new cracks are forming". hes already seen several people who have found out a smaller budget increase for the writers and are talking about trying to get more money demands!. not only that, but if that happens a second time that the hollywood and the surrounding towns and villages will have to pay tax payers to feed the increased writers demands. so ive been down to San Jose and talked with some people i know their and said, anything is possible!.

so watch closely on that or we could be seeing 24, Lost and other shows stopped again.

alright, im drunk. i also won a bet against John Bekch III, fellow homie that i wouldn't be able to guess what day his daughter would get her man!, within 6 hours of my bet time and far better then anyone else vote of another 2 weeks to 5 months!. i wont what happened when i left mags to that big bottle of vodka?!!??! i also gotta kill that little spiky haired punk at Santa Cruz, amen borther!
