Under House Arrest!

Today is my day off, got to love Fridays, although I always end up doing nothing as my wife is at work, my mates are at work and frankly I can be quite lazy, but today I can't even leave the house......I am under house arrest.....why? Waiting for John Lewis to deliver the baby car seat for my as yet unborn child. Sometime between 7am and 1pm they say, no sign yet, and it is sunny outside, I want to go and play!!! Not only that but I appear to be living next door to the set of DIY SOS. They have a pneumatic drill inside the house, and people re-tiling a roof, honestly it's driving me mad!!!

Enough about me, how's you? Good week? Smack bang in the middle of festival season, and from Monday you can win you way to the summers big festival, the V Festival! Lots of great bands playing and I'd love to see you there, so tune in from 6 with the return of the OC.

Thinking of going to see my mate Ben Barnes in Prince Caspian again over the weekend, he's very good in it, and I also have to plan for a mates stag do next week. The theme is Wacky Races, it's a driving challenge weekend, and you can go as anyone car related. My best mate is driving as he thinks I am sh*t at driving and he has a mini, so we could go as the Italian Job. I was thinking of going as Michael Knight from Knightrider, or maybe as Gene Hunt, I just need a red Quattro? Anyone?

Anyway, I have to go, got to go clean out the rabbits in the garden, yes we have 2 cats, 2 rabbits,a nd a baby on the way.......I feel like Dr Doolittle!!!!

hey guys, hope all is well, I am enjoying a few days off. Yesterday went on set at the new Bond movie....great fun, I'll tell you more on Sunday Night Live.

Which reminds me, I need you to pick your Ultimate Album. Basically an album that means lots to you for whatever reason. Could be a classic that reminds you of being a being a carefree kid, something from your college years, a first love, a new child, or just the kind the album you want to hear from start to finish as loud as you possibly can!

Mine would be Performance and Cocktails from Stereophonics.

Hi Guys, Just to say I will be back today from 4pm on Virgin Radio Drivetime, also I have some exciting news, but I am not sure I can say anything yet, so will check and get back to you.

Just had a stinking cold for the last week, I don't think standing in the rain at Hyde Park watching Aerosmith at the weekend helped......but it was great fun. Peter Gabriel was rubbish though!

Anyway a couple of things:

a) My house is fast turning into a pet rescue home. Everyday my wife seems to be coming home with a new rescue animal. This week we welcomed Dillon (a rabbit) to the family.

I must say thanks to the top team at Omlet who make these incredible top, state of the art hutch, that is fox proof and gives Dillon plenty of room to run around and excercise.If you have rabbits or chickens this the home to give them. Have a look at www.omlet.co.uk or give Simon a call on 0845 450 2056. Ours arrives tomorrow, maybe we should set up a Dilloncam?

b) I saw the Transformers film last week. It is directed by Micheal Bay who did Bad Boys, The Rock, Armageddon and so on.......it's loud, special effects are incredible and if your my age, late 20's early 30's you'll love it!!!

c) the new Best of the Guests Podcast should be ready later today. It is an Ozzy Osbourne special. Any interview with the Ozman is special, this is just plain silly! Download it from the website or subscribe to the podcast at iTunes.

Someone knows something - Bring Maddie Home!

For years we've all used the internet to entertain, amuse and titillate, we all now have the chance to use it to finally do some good!

The entire world is online, and we have a chance to use the online community to find this poor little girl.

Today is Maddie McCann's 4th Birthday, and her 9th day missing from her family since she was snatched from her bed in Portugal. Imagine that for a second, a little girl away from her family on her birthday......it is too evil to even understand.

Right now she could be anywhere on the face of the planet, and while the Police in Portugal seem more interested in investigating her heart broken parents for neglect for god sake, valuable time is being lost in getting her home.

So let us do what we can, circulate her photo, email friends, keep your eyes open for her wherever you may be, someone knows where she is and we should use the net to appeal to whatever soul this person has left.

Plus, to kidnap, to feed, to dress, to hide, to smuggle a little girl into or out of a country involves more than one heartless bastard. There is a chain somewhere of people who know where this child is today on her 4th birthday, we must try and use the internet to urge that person to do what is right, let little Maddie go home.

As someone who is thinking of starting a family soon, I cannot begin to imagine the pain, the hurt, the fear the McCann family must be fighting daily, and that is before they deal with the stupid claims of neglect. Therefore I feel in my own stupid way this is something I have to do to help.

Please, whoever you are, wherever you are, email friends north, south, east and west, circulate her photo, and let's help use the internet to end one family's living nightmare.
