After receiving a Snack Genius recipe from Matt in Sidcup that involved a deep-fried Mars Bar, Ben & Jerry?s Phish Food ice cream and a root beer float we knew we had to give this a go and finish the year in style. So we sent Richie packing to the Sanctum Hotel in Soho where Lisa the head chef was waiting for him.
