Adrian Hieatt

Adrian Hieatt is Absolute Radio's weekday 'roving reporter,' covering everything from crime to showbiz. You'll also hear him presenting news bulletins on Absolute Radio, Absolute 80s, Absolute Radio 90s and Absolute Classic Rock, and you can spot him in quite a few of the video clips across this website too.

Adrian trained in broadcast journalism at City University in London, before working stints at BBC Radio One, BBC News 24, the ITV news channel, HardCash Productions, BBC Radio York and ABC News.

Since joining the team, Adrian's bagged interviews with (among others) Tony Blair, Tom Cruise, Noel Gallagher, Quentin Tarantino, Robert De Niro and Muse.

Away from work, he is a huge music fan and a massive movie nut - his proudest moments include being called 'cute' by Bruno, and chatting to both Paris Hilton and Rachel Stevens in the same night at the Casino Royale premiere afterparty!
