I believe the pub was knocked down years ago!
One of the best albums put out by bridgehouse records was the Mods Mayday ' 79 album but after i bought the album I was disappointed to see many comments on online forums claiming that none of the bands on the record ever received any royalties.

When I saw your news item, I was surprised to hear of a pub with its own record label!

Unfortunately it seems difficult to make a pilgrimage now, but if some VIPs wanted to organise a meeting, this or the Roundhouse might br a good place (if we don't invade Virgin!)

How's Ant these days? OK. I'll give some loving!
