Although the 2 I's doesn't exist anymore, the building, I believe, still does. Before the Cavern came along, the 2 I's was the place to be & to be seen. Tommy Steele was discovered there & every aspiring rock 'n' roller who wanted to be discovered, made a bee line for the place. Of course my favourite artistes, Cliff Richard & the Shadows, among many others, were first spotted there.
