It was the place Jon Bon Jovi cut his first demo after it was rebuilt as a studio by his cousin Tony Bongiovi. It was originally called The Power Station and tons of famous rock bands have recorded there including the one and only John Lennon and Bruce Springstien. ( A band was even named for it; Power Station!) It's won lots of studio industry awards too including the Les Paul Award for Special Lifetime Achievement in 1991.
