It just happened to be my 1st weekend after starting a new job in Paris & I lied only a few hundred yards from 1 of the most famous cemetries for the celebrities buried there including Edith Piaf.

Going for a quiet place for a smoke, I was walking uphill & saw a crowd of all ages, some pouring wine on the ground, others passing joints! It was Jim Morrison's & I can't remember whether it was his anniversary or that of his death, but apparently there were several who came regularily!

Plenty more to reflect on whilst you're there!
