What's their story?
They used to rehearse in Tommy the bassist’s shed and also at the Railway Pub in Harrow where
The Who used to play in the 60s.
The band loved playing and lived for playing live and they all got on really well, but split in 1988 after playing a showcase gig put on by Martin Goldsmith (brother of promoter
Harvey Goldsmith). The keyboard player had over-indulged and screwed the gig up and the singer had to be restrained by three people from laying into him. That was pretty much the end of the band.
