Unfortunately rock and roll nostalgia doens't stand in the way of business. Whitfield Street studios had produced some great albums and I saw it ripped out into offices.

Olympic isn't known in the way that Abbey Road is, and therefore Abbey Road is used for all of these TV live sessions etc as it's the home of the Beatles.
