The Faces are great! Rod Stewart, Ronnie Wood and others - but one of their band died a few years ago with MS (Ronnie Lane) - they had some classic tracks "Stay with me" "Cindy Incidently" and one of their albums was called "A nod is as good as a wink ... to a blind horse". Rod Stewart's solo career started after the Faces.

The Faces are a mod band, used to be known as the Small Faces - Rod joined and the became the Faces in the 70's then Rod went solo.

"THE" Album is Ogden's Nut Gone Flake (Small Faces)

The Faces split after Wood left to join the Stones.
