NME Awards 2010

NME Awards 2010

Absolute Radio favourites Muse and Kasabian were the biggest winners at the NME Awards 2010, with two awards apiece.

In recognition of his inspirational musical career, Paul Weller earned himself a well-deserved Godlike Genius Award. The Specials also recieved acclaim for their role in the world of music, scoring the Teenage Cancer Trust Outstanding Contribution award. In terms of new music, The Drums won the NME editorial team's Philip Hall Radar Award, their choice of the most worthy band to graduate from the new band pages of the magazine.

Lady Gaga managed to win both Best Dressed and Worst Dressed awards... the less said about that, the better!
