This is the worst song the Verve have ever done. Its just not nice to listen to...

I agree that sounds just like a dog in the background and i disagree with shieldsy in saying that it's the worst song. I loved it immediately

On Love is Noise track, has anyone noticed the echo of the 'eh oh' sound is exactly like one of the teletubbies!! I quite like the song, but I laugh every time I hear it!

i don't have a clue what the noise is in the background. I just turn off the radio when ever the song comes on, its just that annoying. the old verve stuff is the best and cannot be beaten.

It's a different noise that's all. I don't understand what's the big deal, it gives 2 the song it personality

Well said this "song" is truly appalling and I also turn off the radio, or retune, whenever it comes on. Thank God for my CD collection, to which the new Verve album will most certainly not be added

im in agreement with most people by sound of it.love is noise is pants compared to the stuff they used to produce.this song is the reason i avoided them at V 2008

Why did they bother reforming to put out that sort of drivel? Ah I guess the Bank Accounts needed topped up. I am huge Verve fan but would rather live with the great memories and not this dirge, hang your heads in shame boys.....

The background sound does sound like a dog barking, & far from being the worst song they've produced, I think it's one of their best - if not THE best. It didn't sound like The Vere to start with, but it's grown on me. I love it.
