Rest In PEACE Michael Jackson... by the way, the American constitution says that "you are innocent until proven otherwise..." just saying... Let's celebrate his music and his talent... respect my opinion, please.. I'll respect others.

I totally agree with you both, Simon and Giovanna (Odyzea)! Michael Jackson was found "Not Guilty" on all the charges brought against him. "Innocent unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt" is an English thing too, although alas the lynch mob prefers to believe that certain people, of whom they know absolutely nothing, are automatically guilty unless proven innocent - even though innocence, unlike guilt, is impossible to prove. But in any case, whether someone is a good person or not has absolutely nothing to do with the quality of their art. Sorry to say it, but many of the world's greatest artists, living or dead, are not what we might think of as "good people". And for those people who want to condemn MJ - are you absolutely certain that your own favourite artists are not guilty of some type of criminal behaviour? And if you're not certain of this (and I do not see how you could be), then surely you should, by your own logic, condemn them too - because, using this same tortured reasoning process, they are surely therefore "guilty" of crimes that they cannot prove that they are innocent of!

I dont have anything bad to say about Michael Jackson mostly because I didnt really care to know about his private life .Of course there was no ignoring some parts that were in the news but as James said he was found not guilty end of story there . All I was interested in was his music and there's no faulting that . RIP Michael . I wish his children all the very best for the future , peaceful and happy lives ...
