Must have been at the same gig as the Invisible Kid. They certainly were good live and I also saw them at the Frediie Mercury Tribute Concert at Wembley Stadium when they delivered one of the sets of the day.

Well, what can i say, it was well worth a 16 year wait, if you were thinking these guy's were passed it after so long a gap, you'd be so wrong, cherone's vocals were spot-on, as for nuno, out of this world, awesome!!!!!!!!!!! The band as a whole were awesome. A 2 hr set that still left you wanting more, but even rock stars only have so much stamina, anyone who was ever a fan SHOULD check them out live as well as their new album. p.s. i'm not their P.A. man just a fan.

I saw 'em in 1991 at Manchester Apollo and they were fab then and supported by the excellent Kingofthehill who seem to have made one album them disappeared. I was gutted that I couldn't make the recent tour but I've heard great things from those that have.

I became a fan of Extreme, when I was in Canada with my 2 daughters, visiting my family in 1991. I heard 'More Than Words' on the radio, and instantly loved it, so bought their album on tape (which wasn't even released, back home in Britain!). I was so chuffed, and couldn't wait to return home and play it to my envious friends! I've never seen them play live though, and I'm not sure now, if my old, creaking, back and hips, would take the standing at a concert venue, thanks to scattered arthritis! lol! Best of luck to them on their come back tour!

I've just realised that this news item about Extreme, is from last year, so they might/probably have, finished their tour by now! Some fan I am eh?! I haven't kept up to date with any artists, since I became a full time carer to my husband, so I've been too busy to even listen to CD's! But Extreme have been off the scene for 13 years anyway!
