Brilliant song, unfortunately looking at future singles charts are around the 40ish mark - still here's for the best! I hope they make top 5 and get lots of radio play because this single is radio friendly and has a real catchy tune/beat to it! Hoorah! I say, I say, I say. they are back with a fantastic single!

Fantastic single output as ever from Englands most neglected songwriters. Perfect pop duo Erasure once again unfurl a beautiful slice of electronic dance pop in our direction. Fantastic soaring vocals from Andy Bell, one of the most underrated singers of all time. Beautiful melodies and song construction from Vince Clarke. These guys have influenced the way modern pop music is created and though ignored by the mainstream continue to set the benchmark. This single is from there new album, Light at the End of the World, and it isn't even the best song on the album. Buy this song as a taster for the new album then by the new album. Erasure never disappoint and always deliver gorgeously crafted songs with beautiful melodies. Vince and Andy just ooze melodies and continue to do so. Fantastic! Fantastic! Fantastic!!!

What I hear is that Erasure is returning to great uplifting synth meliodies on this outing. If this single is a prime example of that return, I am glad they are back.
Comparing this song to a variety of senusal experiences? Umm no! I think other reviewers are a bit jaded.

There are some things that are just created to make you feel good....the smell of freshly cut grass,a beautiful sunset on a Summers evening,a baby's sweet chuckle are all among these.
There are some songs as well that just let you float away to a better place and escape the world around you - This uplifting new single by the evergreen ERASURE is one for that select category.
How this group escape mainstream recognition is a complete mystery as this excellent new single sums up their 20 year career in 4 fabulous minutes.Completely polished, fantastic production,an epic melody, soaring vocals,vibrant,bouncy,bubbly,star-sprinkled 100% pop at its best!
Just celebrate the fact that music of this quality is around, because although Erasure are'nt everyones cup of tea,we will all miss them one day.
ENJOY!

This is a good song, the best on their new album with great synth sounds created by Vince (and Jeremy Wheatley). As other individuals have said, Erasure don't often disappoint and this song stands up well to their back catalogue. I hasten to add though- if you like this and expect the album to be similar, it is... but just no where near as good.
