Is any body there

I have posted four shouts this morning and none of them have appeared. Do you think any one is actually working at vr today or we are listening to prerecorded programs whilst they are on a sunny beach somewhere

Chart Roundup and New Releases - 19 March 2007

Kaiser Chiefs head the album chart for the third consecutive week with 'Yours Truly, Angry Mob' but Take That are just behind, rising one place to #2 with 'Beautiful World'. However, both bands have slipped from the top of the singles charts.

Comic Relief has taken over the singles chart with Sugababes vs Girls Aloud (pictured over there in lovely leather outfits) straight in at the top with 'Walk This Way' and The Proclaimers are at #3 with Phoenix Nights' Barry Potter and Little Britain's Andy Pipkin (pictured down there in a lovely vest). The original of '(I'm Gonna Be) 500 Miles' is at #37.

Sandwiched between the Red Nose Day charity singles is Gwen Stefani who hold rock steady with 'The Sweet Escape' at #2. Similarly static is the albums chart. Arcade Fire loiter at #3 with 'Neon Bible' and Mika is still up there with 'Life In Cartoon Motion'.

There are new entries at #4 from reality tv man Ben Mills with his debut album 'Picture Of You', BRIT Awards mentalist Joss Stone with what she reckons is her first good album 'Introducing...' is in at a respectable #6 and Bonnie Tyler's greatest hits 'From The Heart' is in at #17. Not too shabby at all.

The rest of the Top 10 singles include Take That at #4 with 'Shine' - who are also at #16 with 'Patience' - The Fray, who remain at #5 with 'How To Save A Life', Kaiser Chiefs at #6 with 'Ruby', Mika at #7 with 'Grace Kelly' and Xtreme favourite Calvin Harris at #10 with 'Acceptable In The 80s'.

Nothing truly flabbergasting is going on in the singles chart but Introducing stars The Twang went in at #32 with 'Wide Awake'. Good Charlotte rose a few to #23 with 'Keep Your Hands Off My Girl' and The Fratellis went into #24 with 'Baby Fratelli' (a baby is pictured just here).

Shoes were popular in the lower reaches as Good Shoes debuted with 'Never Meant To Hurt You' at #34 and Paolo Nutini rose to #21 with 'New Shoes'. Maximo Park went in at #30 with 'Our Velocity', The Rakes entered at #38 'We Danced Together' and Snow Patrol are still in there at #29 with 'Chasing Cars'.
