Jamaican reggae soundalike from British Columbia! What's that all about? Better educated commentators than me are making great claims for this lot saying that there's a lot more to it than that. Really? A Bob Marley vocal, a gentle lilting reggae riff, more acoustic than electric - seems fairly straightforward. Ignore the idiots who say otherwise, sometimes what you hear is what it is. There's nothing remarkable here, it's nice.Don't think for a minute that you'll be hearing anything like reggae experimentalist Badawi, who released an album of the same name in 1996, but if you like your reggae unthreatening, then this will do nicely.

This song IS The Sound Of The Summer 2005. Official. My heart always warms when I hear it and I can't help but sing along. Such a simple song, yet it never fails to sound old or boring and I believe it will stand up well in many years to come. An essential purchase to impress your grandkids with a few decades down the line! You will forever remember your debauched summer of 2005 through this track.
