What happens to my pictures?
We'll send them to the on-air DJ together with any text you send with your photo. They'll get your mobile number - and if you're a
Absolute Radio VIP, they'll also see your name, so they can say hello to you on the air.
If you're a fully-registered Absolute Radio VIP,
we'll add them to your VIP profile. You'll see them almost immediately. Other people visiting the Absolute Radio website will see them once someone on our team has approved them for public viewing. You can also make any of these photos private if you want to.
How much does this cost?
This depends if you're a fully-registered
Absolute Radio VIP: i.e. if we know your mobile number.
If you're not a fully-registered Absolute Radio VIPWe may reply with a text to recommend you fully-register as an Absolute Radio VIP. You'll be charged 50p, plus your normal MMS network charge.
If you're a fully-registered Absolute Radio VIPWe'll not reply: and you'll be charged nothing other than your normal MMS network charge. This'll probably come out of any MMS bundle you have; but check with your network operator.
Anything else to know?
- We can only accept one picture message per text. Send any more and we'll pick a photo at random, or might not even see the photos at all.
- We can accept movies on this number, but we're currently not adding them to your profile.
- Our terms of use apply. Point 5 of those details boring copyright information - but we're not taking your copyright, don't worry.
