The Summer Holiday Homework Project
We want your kids to tell us what they are doing this summer - we want them to create a
Summer Holiday Homework Project and send it in to us... and 4 of the best ones will win a family home PC and laptop loaded with
Microsoft Office 2010, an Xbox 360 and a 32” digital TV!
So, what are your kids up to over the summer - fun days out with friends or on holiday with the family?
Hometime Show presenter
Geoff Lloyd has made his own project from his summer holiday to Sweden for some inspiration.

Your projects so far...
You've been sending us loads of projects all about your summer holidays, and we think they're so great that we want to share them!

What can I enter?
Your entry could be a Microsoft PowerPoint presentation, a card or template created in Microsoft Word, a simple poem or a full holiday diary with accompanying pictures and video footage. It’s really up to your kids to bring their project to life! It doesn’t matter if you have no access to a computer – they can hand-write and draw their projects instead!
What fonts, colours, layout and effects will you include?
- With Microsoft PowerPoint 2010, you can jump in and create outstanding work right away. Simply click to add video, audio and eye catching visual effects.
- With Microsoft Word 2010 you can use the new and improved picture editing tools to fine-tune every picture and you can choose from more customizable Office themes to coordinate colours, fonts, and graphic formatting effects throughout your documents.
- Microsoft OneNote 2010 is a simple digital notebook, perfect for storing, organising and sharing all types of information
