Ever been so bogged down you forgot to return that rental DVD and have then been charged. Have you ever been too busy to take that library book back, then gone to pay the fine, only to find you've got a penalty notice placed under your windscreen wiper?

Tell us about a fine you have unfairly received and if we like the story and agree you've have been unfairly treated we may pay it off for you. Simple as that. We want to hear about parking tickets, library fines, bank fines, littering fines, bus lane fines, etc. Don't come crying to us about speeding fines though!
