Dredd 3D
Judgement Is Coming - In Cinemas September 7thDredd is back and this time he’s in 3D. This adaption by Alex Garland (28 Days Later) is a must see 3D movie, with special effects that have to be seen to be believed.
The film is set in the future where America is an irradiated wasteland. With 400 million citizens living in fear due to a violent metropolis without any law or order, aside from the few who call themselves The Judges. The epitome of these Judges is Dredd.
The Chief Judge gives Dredd a mission. To road test a rookie Judge, the powerful psychic Cassandra Anderson. It is to be a training day.
On a routine homicide the two get trapped after the notorious Peach-Trees mega-block (a colossal 200 story vertical slum) gets shut down and there are orders to hunt the judges down. The two judges are now caught in a vicious and relentless fight for survival.
Starring Karl Urban (Star Trek/Lord of The Rings) as Judge Dredd and Lena Headey (Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles).
