Terms and conditions

The prize consists of:

Return flights for 2 people from one of the following:
• London Heathrow to Dublin or Cork
• London Gatwick to Dublin or Cork
• Birmingham to Dublin
• Manchester to Dublin

Plus 2 nights 3 star accommodation in Dublin or Cork depending on the above.

Minimum booking notice of 4 weeks will apply.

Prize-winners once confirmed by Absolute will be contacted by Aer Lingus via letter confirming their prize and provide a full list of T & C’s.

Prize terms & conditions:
1. There is no cash value or alternative to this prize, which is non-transferable.
2. Aer Lingus Frequent Flyer points or miles cannot be accrued on flights.
3. The holiday must be taken by 30 September 2011 & dates are subject to availability of flights and accommodation.
4. Flight tickets will be issued by e-mail.
5. Aer Lingus reserves the right to change its schedule at short notice and in such an event passengers will be advised via e-mail.
6. While every effort will be made to facilitate the winners with their requests for specific travel dates Aer Lingus reserve the right to choose specific flights and dates.
7. All flights and hotel accommodation are subject to availability and it may be difficult to obtain first-choice flights and/or accommodation during peak travel periods, including but not restricted to: holidays, mid-term breaks or sporting events.
8. Accommodation consists of 2 nights accommodation in a 3 start hotel for 2 people in one room (twin or double to be advised by prizewinner) , arranged by aerlingushotels.com
9. Travel insurance is not included in this prize, and if not already covered, it is recommended that prize-winners purchase insurance prior to travel. Travel insurance is available via the Aer Lingus website at www.aerlingus.com
10. Any costs incurred additional to the prize package elements lists (e.g. telephone charges, room service etc). will be at the guests own expense.
11. Please check with your local authorities regarding passport and visa requirements.
12. The prizewinner, if under 18, must be accompanied by an adult on the prize-winning holiday.
13. The winner may be required to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from this competition.
