Switch article view:Match preview Stoke back to full strength for Swansea test
By Julian Shea.
Kick off Sunday 26 February 2012 at 15:00, Britannia Stadium.
All good things must come to an end, and so it is that Stoke's European adventure ended on Thursday as a well below-strength side lost to Valencia.
Whilst the Europa League may have provided them with some excitement and memorable moments along the way, the fact manager Tony Pulis rested so many first-choice players the other night shows that domestic matters are still top of his agenda.
Many of those big names, including Peter Crouch, Jon Walters and Matthew Etherington should return to the side and Rory Delap is available after his red card in the FA Cup at Crawley was overturned, but towering central defender Robert Huth is suspended.
Swansea will be keen to get back to winning ways after a surprise home loss to Norwich last time out, and will Joe Allen back from a hamstring injury to help that happen. On-loan Josh McEachran could be the one who has to make way for him in midfield.
Kemy Agustien is out and Andrea Orlandi is a doubt, but otherwise the only possible absentee is manager Brendan Rodgers, who has been suffering from flu.
