Top 50 Listener List as of 9th October 2008
On Sunday 2nd March 2008, history was made. Not like the fall of the Berlin Wall, or when that man stood on a moon. No, this was even more important than those two events put together and then multiplied by 5. Because this was the evening when Iain Lee found out who his Top 50 listeners were.
Yes, it may have seemed a bit random. Thatʼs because it sort of was. But it also sort of wasnʼt at the same time. People came on the air and spoke and then they got in the Top 50 list. Thatʼs good enough for me.
This list is fluid, like water. Or toothpaste. Watery toothpaste. It can change, it can grow and it can shrink. People can be demoted, promoted or even ʻdisappearedʼ entirely. If your name is on this list, it is not safe forever. You must ALWAYS listen to the show, even when Iain is filling in for others, like Geoff, innit. Because if you are called upon to do your duty and you do not respond, then you could find yourself in a whole heap of shit.
