Round-up from the week ending May 10:
A summary of the week's football
With just a few games left it looks as though the title may be wrapped up, but the relegation battle is still in full swing.
Manchester United played local rivals Manchester City at Old Trafford and made short work of the derby match with a 2-0 victory. Carlos Tevez and Cristiano Ronaldo got the goals. United only need four points from their remaining three games to guarantee the title, with Arsenal the only foreseeable challenging match.
West Brom haven't given up hope for survival yet. They beat Wigan Athletic 3-1 thanks to two goals from on-loan striker Marc-Antoine Fortune and a goal from Chris Brunt.

For me Michael Owen on a free -- a man who's still averaging a goal every other game -- makes sound buisiness sense, particularly if he's on reduced wages.
He could score more goals than Tevez did last season...
