Neil Francis
Neil's seen it and done it - from his beginnings as a barrow boy in Portobello Road in London, he's been everywhere since.
Absolute '80s
Lucio plays all the biggest hits from the decade every Friday from 7pm
Neil has covered the Hollywood Oscars twice, and met his biggest hero, Al Pacino. "It was just fantastic," he says, "there was Al Pacino and his girlfriend, asking me to come to the bar for a drink. How cool is that?"
He's played football with Robbie Williams, and is a huge fan of Chelsea (don't tell Russ!).
Neil won a New York radio award - Neil's is for winding up Cliff Richard in an interview. "I must have had him on the phone for an hour: I'd ask him a question and then interrupt him to do 'more important stuff' like a travel bulletin, or a request. He was furious."
Neil's broadcast his show from Hong Kong, every Disneyworld on the planet, and now from the heart of Soho in London.
The wierdest job he's ever done? "Being a professional at annoying people. I was a plant in the audience on a Carlton TV discussion show with Nicky Campbell, and to get the audience wound up I'd say the most ridiculous stuff. The arguments got more and more heated - it made for great television!"
