OJ Borg
Here, there and everywhere on Absolute Radio
After failing to realise his dream of working in a Tex Mex restaurant in Leicester, OJ decided he would just have to settle for doing something in the media.
OJ started out his broadcasting career on the radio in Manchester and received his first death threat 17 minutes later, work experience really meaning something at that point.
His radio career has taken him through stints in Coventry, the Breakfast show at Manchester's Revolution and Juice in Liverpool before he got a break on the TV side of things presenting Radio Ga Ga on VH1 with Sarah Champion. While part of the MTV stable of presenters he also fronted the Rewind Chart, the film show Screen as well as festival coverage from Ibiza and the Oxygen Festival for both VH1 and MTV.
From there he produced and presented his own Web Series, The Eleventh Commandment on BTpodshow before launching the Freeview channel Nuts with Lyndsey Horne, which shocked everyone by not having any boobs on screen.
Also for Nuts he hosted the Darts in South African, raced a Ford Mustang across America in the Bullrun for C4 and fronted the Cage Fighting reality show Fighting Hurts.
Radio came knocking again and OJ has just finished a year at Kerrang! Where he presented the drive time show with Kate Lawler and was part of the team that won Sony Gold in 2009.
He currently is one of the presenters for BBC1 National Lottery shows, anchor for MMA Ultimate Challenge on Sky Sports as well as having hosted other martial arts shows including BAMMA for Bravo.
Whether in his underpants in Las Vegas or in a suit in London OJ is capable of talking into a mic.
