RadioCentre was formed in July 2006 as a result of the successful merger of RAB and CRCA.Its role is "to maintain and build a strong and successful Commercial Radio industry". Its field of influence includes agencies, clients, Ofcom, the government, sales houses and radio stations.

RAJAR
RAJAR is the common currency for listening figures, subscribed to across the radio industry both commercial and BBC.The Radio Joint Audience Research is the body which produces theses figures and releases them on a 3 monthly basis.
New data is measured by a personalised diary system and is used in calculating our share of audiences, weekly reach and listening hours etc.
